Great experience with Milltown Yacht Sales – top marks on all fronts! Mike spent countless hours leading the way on the purchase of my Jeanneau NC37 and then even more time navigating the importing complexities to get it into Canada. Once it landed the customer service continued, with Mike helping me to get to know the boat and supervising me with some practice docking. Sam put together a work list for warranty items and a few options we wanted, all expertly managed. Greg, the owner of Milltown, was also there to make sure everything went smoothly for me. To cap it all off Mike is selling my old boat and personally got involved to help me secure annual moorage for the new boat. Can’t say enough good things about Milltown Yacht Sales! The Milltown Team handled all my boat needs with a high degree of professionalism – the whole experience was fabulous.

I’m in the service business and always applaud excellence. My boat had some minor scratches and gelcoat cracks, i called Sam service manager at Milltown expressing concerns that it may be over the warranty period, I also told Sam my time is limited with the holidays coming. Within an hour, Sam emailed and then called me. Will come down and pick up the boat from your marina, drive it to our shop and fix all. Once finished, Sam without question, drove the boat back to my marina tied it up. I’m picky and want any work done on my boat to be done like it came out of the showroom! When i went down to look at the work, it was perfect! they also did other areas that were caused by my doing. I cant say enough about Sam and the Milltown team! hats off!
